We want to help you be successful in small claims court.
The Clemson Court Outreach and Magistrate Process Assistance organization was founded by a group of Clemson undergraduate students with the goal of increasing access to the court system by providing legal information to members of our community. We work to break down barriers for self-represented litigants to engage confidently with the courts.
